Heya,

I just got back into the game bought the Eye of the North expansion. This may be a silly question, but how to you start the Eye of the North campaign? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

pick up the quests from Len Calderon in LA, Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center, or Bendah in Kamadan then follow the prompts

The others have answered it pretty much. It's an expansion. You need a char of lvl10 (lvl20 is advised) and go to one of the port towns. It's not like a regular campaign, you can't create new characters there.
